Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all distribution and warehouse functions, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.
• Supervise staff and enforce operational, program, and personnel policies.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling data with storage systems.
• Maintain warehouse physical condition by planning layouts and inspecting equipment.
• Achieve financial objectives through annual budgeting, expenditure scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Monitor business volume to define appropriate work schedules and set productivity controls.
• Ensure efficient handling of shipments and receipts to maintain an error-free culture.
• Coordinate floor cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of purchasing policies and practices.
• Advanced experience using MRP systems such as BAAN or SAP.
• Proficiency with Kronos and SQL Reports.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel functions.
• Strong leadership skills to manage operations and teams efficiently.
