Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing operational and personnel policies.
• Ensure compliance with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping legislation.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security protocols.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems.
• Manage the physical condition of the warehouse, including layout planning and equipment maintenance.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
• Monitor business volume to determine appropriate work schedules and set productivity controls.
• Oversee loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience within the Electronic Industry.
• Strong expertise in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
