Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct warehouse operations staff to ensure high performance and safety
• Optimize internal operational processes for efficiency and quality
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and freight handling
• Manage inventory integrity within ODOO and execute regular audits
• Define and report on KPIs related to inventory accuracy and facility throughput
• Develop and manage budgets for workforce, logistics, and facility maintenance
• Partner with Finance to track operational costs per Intellectual Property
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and logistics vendors
• Standardize workflows to support company scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience with picking, packing, and reception
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong inventory management skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, PDAs, and WMS (SGA)
• Ability to commute to Logistic Park San Agustín, San Agustín del Guadalix
• Physical stamina for moving merchandise and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator license (Carné de Carretillero)
• Heavy equipment certification
