Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and act as a change agent for operational improvements
• Oversee a team of 8 hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive daily safety initiatives to maintain a secure work environment for all associates and equipment
• Ensure high levels of quality in customer shipments and maintain strict inventory integrity
• Manage daily warehouse activities including inbound unloading, stocking, order picking, packaging, and shipping
• Oversee cycle counting processes to ensure daily accuracy and maintain site cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with associates and management to drive engagement and operational vision

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in distribution management leading a team of 5+ employees
• Proven experience in leadership, including coaching, training, and performance management
• Proficiency working in a WMS environment utilizing RF technology
• Material Handling Equipment Certification
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent interactive communication skills

• Previous experience managing a team of delivery drivers
