Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, supervisors, and support staff
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure control, accuracy, and availability
• Develop and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams for seamless distribution
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations through regular training and audits
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews for warehouse staff
• Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies
• Drive initiatives related to lean warehousing, cost reduction, and process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center management experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics best practices
• Experience with WMS and data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification and experience
