Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials, supplies, packaging, and cleaning materials.
• Verify that received products match purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Support physical inventory counts and record all product entries and exits.
• Supply production areas with necessary inputs based on daily requirements.
• Manage product rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system and monitor expiration dates.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and arrangement of merchandise.
• Report shortages, damages, or any anomalies detected in the warehouse.
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and good storage practice standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory, or similar roles.
• Minimum education: Completed secondary or high school.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock movements.
• Physical capacity for loading, unloading, and arranging products.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
• Basic computer skills or ability to manage digital records.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the food industry, restaurants, or industrial kitchens.
• Experience managing raw material warehouses.
