Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound logistics
• Ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials and finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel through scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee inventory accuracy via cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and system controls
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to support plant operations
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage utilization to improve efficiency
• Manage and maintain WMS/WCS platforms to ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and safety
• Support the implementation of lean logistics and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with Finnish safety regulations and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in an industrial environment
• Strong experience with WMS and WCS systems
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, battery materials, or heavy industry
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams
• Proficiency in both Finnish and English

About the Company

Easpring Finland New Materials Oy is developing a battery materials plant in Kotka, Finland. The facility produces cathode active material (CAM), a critical component required for the manufacture of electric vehicle (EV) batteries.
