Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in managing inventory, material supply to production, and 3PL service providers to meet plant KPIs.
• Manage and control the warehouse management information system to ensure data integrity.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage the warehousing budget and investment requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and manage 3PL relationships to ensure high service standards at minimum cost.
• Oversee warehouse safety, security, and the maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Identify potential operational risks and implement solutions to ensure continuous supply chain flow.
• Maintain 5S standards in the workplace and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing dry goods inventory, including packaging materials, ingredients, and MRO parts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking.
• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced operations (FMCG experience is a plus).
