Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in managing inventory and supplying materials to production
• Manage 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service standards and KPI compliance
• Optimize warehouse costs, safety, and inventory freshness
• Control the warehouse management information system to ensure data integrity
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage the warehousing budget
• Negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with service providers
• Oversee the maintenance of the building, warehouse equipment, and security
• Ensure adherence to 5S workplace standards and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven experience managing dry goods inventory (packaging, ingredients, MRO parts, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) operations
• Experience implementing continuous improvement tools and concepts
• Background in distribution network redesign or high-performance logistics projects
