Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
• Advise senior management on necessary policy and process changes
• Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols to safeguard operations
• Purchase materials, control inventory levels, and conduct physical cycle counts
• Reconcile inventory with ERP and other materials management systems
• Maintain warehouse physical condition and implement new design layouts
• Inspect equipment and issue work orders for repair or replacement
• Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances
• Monitor internal and external customer orders and provide status updates
• Interact with customers to ensure accurate order processing and high retention

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in receiving, warehousing, and distribution management
• Proficiency with warehousing, material management, and mechanical system software
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
