Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planned layout of the warehouse and storage areas based on turnover, size, and weight.
• Manage the recruitment, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff.
• Advise employees on the proper care, preservation, and handling of received and shipped items.
• Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversee cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintain the operational reliability of warehouse equipment and safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control systems.
• Ability to handle warehouse accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
