Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with workshop, installation, and project managers for inbound and outbound material logistics
• Manage and audit stock levels for raw materials, consumables, and custom event assets
• Optimize storage layouts for large-scale and fragile event pieces
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and quality inspection of incoming materials
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring OSHA compliance
• Oversee operation of machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain digital inventory records and project tracking reports

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in event fabrication
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership skills in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Basic understanding of event construction materials such as welding, carpentry, and textiles
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues under tight deadlines
