Warehouse Manager Cluster Austria/Hungary/Serbia

Responsibilities

• Drive the centralization and harmonization of warehouse and logistics structures across the Austria, Hungary, and Serbia cluster to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Manage cross-border warehouse operations to ensure synchronized workflows.
• Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with defined SHEQ objectives.
• Steer continuous performance improvement through clearly defined KPIs and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop employees, fostering accountability, performance, and engagement.
• Take ownership of cross-functional and cross-country projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Drive the digitalization of inventory planning and data-based warehouse steering.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX planning, cost control, and financial governance.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical education with a focus on logistics, materials management, or operations.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven experience in employee leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, including experience with modern digital and AI-based applications.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in at least one of the local cluster languages: German, Hungarian, or Serbian.
• Strong project and process management expertise.
