About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and warehouse productivity through the optimization of human resources
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales budget, warehouse expenses, inventory turnover, and shrinkage
- Manage administrative and operational controls in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing complete, timely, and accurate deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement department to ensure consistent product availability
- Analyze cost center profit and loss statements to develop strategies for meeting business objectives
- Oversee high-value materials and monitor inventory rotation to maintain required standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (completed, in progress, or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse management role
- Proven experience in KPI management and inventory control
