Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Control and record inventory of products and materials to minimize losses.
• Guarantee correct storage and handling of all merchandise.
• Coordinate the reception and dispatch of products with suppliers and stores.
• Implement and maintain control systems for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Train and supervise warehouse personnel on procedures and safety.
• Perform periodic physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management and control.
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing workloads.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and merchandise handling.
• Proficiency in basic IT tools, including Excel and inventory software.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Sur Cuernavaca.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or convenience store environments.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
• Training in forklift operation or heavy loading equipment.
• Certifications in industrial safety or inventory management.
