Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for ventilation, piping, and refrigeration departments
• Receive, verify, and store goods
• Plan and execute purchases of materials, tools, and supplies
• Ensure material availability for field teams
• Prepare and supervise orders for construction sites
• Manage and track inventory and company tools
• Optimize warehouse layout for space and safety
• Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance and inspections
• Coordinate minor building and facility maintenance
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency

Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or procurement
• Experience in the construction industry (a significant asset)
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
• High level of autonomy and responsibility
• Initiative and rapid problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and rigor
