Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire warehouse cycle including goods reception, storage, distribution, and inventories
• Verify conformity of received goods with orders, delivery notes, and luxury hotel quality standards
• Ensure proper product storage according to HACCP regulations and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or surpluses
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to optimize orders and supplier lead times
• Manage periodic inventories and accounting reconciliations
• Support cost control by reducing waste and inventory discrepancies
• Utilize management systems including ERP, PMS, and warehouse software

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics or logistics
• Previous experience in a warehouse role within 5-star hotels or luxury contexts
• Knowledge of hotel warehouse flows for F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• Familiarity with warehouse accounting, cost control, and inventory IT systems
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations and workplace safety
• Fluent Italian and professional English
