Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of logistics operators, including setting goals, KPIs, and providing coaching and performance follow-ups.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with Alstom's logistics processes and standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations and resource allocation based on warehouse workload.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to develop and optimize warehouse and logistics processes.
• Manage the operational handling of materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Implement effective routines for warehouse operations and material flow between depots.

Requirements

• Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Experience developing and implementing logistics strategies and processes.
• Proficiency with SAP and experience using scanner systems.
• Valid forklift certificate.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crane operation.
• A strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
