Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse and logistics operational team in Nadarzyn
• Build a safe working environment and enforce HSE and environmental standards
• Ensure material availability and timely deliveries to the production line
• Oversee correct material storage and inventory accuracy
• Manage material flows, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Ensure consistency between physical stock and ERP system data
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with ERP Key Users and support team competency development
• Actively initiate Continuous Improvement actions (APSYS)

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in logistics and/or engineering
• Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse or production environment
• Practical knowledge of IS&T systems, specifically SAP (IM and WM modules)
• Strong understanding of logistics business processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
