Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring daily activities are completed accurately, safely, and on time
• Oversee receiving and kitting functions, including timely booking of goods and issuing kits for production
• Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN principles to optimize workflows
• Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance
• Manage the warehouse operating budget and oversee inventory control processes
• Promote a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Syspro experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and operations
