Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse compliance with company standards
• Manage efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maximize warehouse space usage
• Strategically plan warehouse layout, routes, and deliveries
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, and delivery efficiencies
• Perform weekly cycle counts and investigate inventory losses
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse team
• Maintain accurate staff attendance records and complete management reports
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Remain on call for emergencies

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum of 4 years of Warehouse Manager experience
• Matric qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution is advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong ability to implement and improve processes and systems
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and drive results through people
