Warehouse Management Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock movement, including sub-inventory transfers and stock adjustments
• Prepare critical reports such as Inventory Aging, NSGI Weekly reports, and Serial Number data for sales support
• Execute scrap processes and manage scrap auction sales
• Manage Grade C processes for non-standard products
• Coordinate with Load Planners to arrange truck transfers and factory box collections
• Support Pantos Inventory and Load Planner teams to resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Inventory Control
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Filtering
• Solid understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Transfer, and Stock Adjustment processes
