Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mechanical and electrical failures in production equipment to determine corrective actions
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all production equipment
• Set up, load, adjust, and troubleshoot process equipment according to production schedules and specifications
• Communicate lists of broken items or items requiring outside vendors to management in a timely manner
• Support the facility Safety Program and ensure maintenance areas meet federal and company regulations
• Maintain necessary tools and provide recommendations for equipment repairs or upgrades
• Notify shift supervisors of any significant deviations from normal operating conditions
• Assist packers and material handling personnel as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience with preventative maintenance
• Ability to work in varying facility conditions
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude
