Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle professional receipt, inspection, and proper storage of goods
• Perform incoming and outgoing goods transactions within the warehouse management system
• Execute order picking, packaging, and shipping preparation according to customer orders
• Ensure efficient material flow and timely availability of goods
• Plan and optimize warehouse processes in compliance with quality and safety guidelines
• Conduct regular stock controls and participate in inventory audits
• Operate and maintain industrial vehicles, such as forklifts
• Adhere to all applicable labor, operational, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
• Proficiency in operating industrial vehicles; a forklift license is desirable
• Structured, careful, and responsible way of working
• Strong organizational skills and high reliability
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
