Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the professional receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods
• Execute goods-in and goods-out postings within the inventory management system
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments in accordance with customer orders
• Ensure efficient material flow and on-time availability of goods
• Plan and optimize warehouse processes in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Perform regular stock checks and support inventory activities
• Operate and maintain industrial trucks, such as forklifts
• Adhere to all applicable workplace, operational, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or a comparable qualification
• Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications
• Structured, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong organizational skills and high reliability
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
• Forklift license is preferred
