Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming goods including unloading, checking for completeness, and reporting damages
• Perform system-based recording and documentation of incoming goods and quality certificates
• Manage warehouse inventory, including storage, stock movements, and SAP/R3 bookings
• Coordinate material supply to production areas following the FIFO principle
• Execute outbound shipping, including picking, packing, and securing cargo
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with parcel services and freight forwarders
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all logistics areas

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in a medium-sized company (automotive supply or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/R3
• Valid forklift license
• Ability to work in a 3-shift system
• High level of flexibility and team orientation
