Warehouse & Logistics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory, staging, and logistics support
• Use and support WMS/ERP systems to maintain accurate records
• Assign daily tasks, coordinate dock activity, and prioritize workflow
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, FIFO rotation, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with production, transportation, and warehouse leadership
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Serve as a PIT/forklift trainer and coach team members on safety and efficiency
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and food safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems
• Forklift/PIT operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in varied temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Sage ERP experience
• Lead, trainer, or coordinator experience
• Knowledge of GMP, warehouse safety, and food manufacturing practices
