Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, sort and place incoming goods on shelves
• Coordinate and track the loading and unloading of containers or vehicles
• Monitor computer systems to obtain details of stock quantity and location
• Organize day-to-day workflow
• Ensure physical security of the operating environment and support stock tracking processes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Forklift license (required)
• Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual handling
• Ability to work independently with strong time management
• Proficiency in using computers and learning new inventory/scanning systems
• Strong attention to detail with technical equipment
• Experience in fast-paced environments like retail or hospitality is valued
