Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or Logistics, 2-3 years warehouse/logistics experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of construction materials

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods from production, suppliers, and project returns
Prepare, pick, and issue materials based on production and project requests
Process inbound and outbound transactions accurately in the warehouse system
Organize and store materials according to designated locations while maintaining inventory accuracy
Conduct daily briefings with the warehouse team and coordinate with Production, QC, and other related functions
Perform regular inspections of warehouse tools and equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname to ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS), 5S, and warehouse operational procedures

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations
Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling
Familiarity with construction materials, manufacturing equipment, and warehouse documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Committed to safety standards and warehouse operational procedures
Willing to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang
