About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods from production, suppliers, and project returns
- Prepare, pick, and issue materials based on production and project requests
- Process inbound and outbound transactions accurately in the warehouse system
- Organize and store materials according to designated locations while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Conduct daily briefings with the warehouse team and coordinate with Production, QC, and other related functions
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse tools and equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
- Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS), 5S, and warehouse operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling
- Familiarity with construction materials, manufacturing equipment, and warehouse documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to safety standards and warehouse operational procedures
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang
