Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Canossa warehouse team and Parma logistic office
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Guarantee compliance with Oterra policies, local regulations, and customs
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight, and Quality departments
• Manage teams to achieve logistics objectives and lead continuous improvement projects
• Ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP system
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery performance, and supply chain KPIs
• Maintain warehousing equipment, site security, and general services
• Monitor operational expenses and initiate cost-reduction projects
• Execute GMP, Safety, and 5S audits

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in warehouse and logistic coordination
• Experience leading or implementing operational excellence methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS (SAP preferred)
• Proficiency in budget, inventory, and performance management
• Fluent English and native Italian
