Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Canossa warehouse and Parma logistic office
• Manage the warehouse team ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Oterra policies, local regulations, and customs
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight, and Quality departments
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance targets
• Manage KPIs including HSE, OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, and Cost per unit
• Execute GMP, Safety, and 5S audits
• Drive continuous improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in warehouse and logistic coordination
• Experience leading or implementing operational excellence methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in budget, inventory, and performance management
• Fluent English and native Italian
