Warehouse Loading Monitor

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailers
• Instruct drivers on trailer movement to ensure even weight distribution
• Complete log entries including times, weights, and staff details
• Maintain clean work areas through sweeping and power washing
• Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading
• Follow all health, safety, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work a variable schedule including holidays and weekends
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb stairs repeatedly
• Ability to work in all climate conditions
• Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in environmental disposal
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills for communication and data access
