Warehouse Loader

Responsibilities

• Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse
• Ensure product rotation follows expiration date protocols for both trucks and warehouse stock
• Clean and repackage products according to RBDC standards
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) products following manager approval
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and using floor scrubbers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Experience with forklift operations
