Warehouse Loader

Responsibilities

• Hand load windows and doors onto trailers according to manifest and quality standards
• Unload windows and doors and stage in correct locations on dock
• Utilize tugger to pull windows and doors from production lines
• Maintain PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) and Tugger certifications
• Train new hires on loading and unloading procedures
• Troubleshoot dock issues such as MIA material or quality concerns
• Act as backup to dock lead including load audits and manifest completion
• Participate in safety culture and 5S initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum one year of related work experience in manufacturing
• Minimum one year of forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds continually above shoulder height and below waist
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Overhead crane experience
