Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, routing, inventory control, picking, packing, and staging
• Ensure all outbound orders are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery on time
• Maintain high standards for product quality, organization, and proper FIFO practices
• Lead, coach, and provide real-time feedback to warehouse associates to reinforce standard operating procedures
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical workflow improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience (food industry experience preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in both order selection and receiving
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team
• Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain one)
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
