Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead afternoon shift operations in a refrigerated food distribution warehouse
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, and outbound logistics
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready for timely delivery
• Coach warehouse associates and reinforce safe work practices and SOPs
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and compliance standards
• Identify issues, improve workflows, and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in both order selection and receiving
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
• Strong inventory system proficiency and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work in cold conditions and perform physical warehouse work
