About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates
- Run department operations and lead the department when supervisor and manager are away
- Utilize technology to manage warehouse workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years in a leadership role
- 1+ years of warehousing experience
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Experience with cycle counting
- Ability to stand for most of the day
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
