Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage of materials to meet production requirements
• Monitor daily activities of Warehouse personnel and supervise floor operations
• Provide direction between Warehouse Attendants and shipments/movements
• Conduct initial training and monitor performance of Warehouse Attendants
• Assist in creating and implementing Warehouse standard operating procedures
• Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Perform Warehouse Attendant or Shipping & Receiving Clerk duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in manufacturing
• One year of experience in a leadership role
• Forklift certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as required
