Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment coordinators in daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, and packing
• Perform hands-on duties such as picking, packing, receiving, and conducting cycle counts
• Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient communication
• Support fulfillment supervisors by overseeing daily operations and stepping into supervisor duties when necessary
• Train warehouse staff and new hires on standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the order fulfillment process quickly and accurately
• Promote a safe and organized work environment by ensuring all safety policies are followed
• Prepare for and lead start-of-shift meetings in the absence of a supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse lead role
