Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse employees through their shift to ensure safe and productive operations
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure effective workflow, monitoring deliveries and maintenance priorities
• Train and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and company values
• Communicate daily operational updates effectively to warehouse leadership
• Assist with moving products to ensure timely and accurate order receipt and shipment
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and the customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• High sense of urgency and strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills to relay goals and processes to team members

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Proficiency in SAP, Catalyst, and arithmetic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per day
• Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, and push for extended periods
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
