Warehouse Lead - Lighting Department

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for the organization, readiness, and technical accuracy of all lighting equipment.
• Validate lighting show packages for completeness, compatibility, and show-specific requirements.
• Address, patch, and prepare fixtures, consoles, and lighting systems for deployment.
• Support lighting data distribution and network setup using DMX, sACN, and Art-Net protocols.
• Identify and communicate damaged or incorrectly configured equipment to the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain organization and readiness standards for lighting inventory, including labeling and storage methods.
• Provide technical guidance and training to warehouse technicians during equipment return and QC processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional lighting, live event production, AV production, or production warehouse experience.
• Strong understanding of lighting systems, fixture types, control protocols, addressing, and signal flow.
• Hands-on experience with DMX, sACN, Art-Net, lighting consoles, and data distribution.
• Familiarity with lighting networking and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of power distribution and safe electrical practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. consistently.
