Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a warehouse team to optimize daily operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Implement inventory management techniques and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance warehouse layout, workflow, and safety standards.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed productivity and operational reports.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations for the safe handling of materials.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to innovate warehouse processes using modern technologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across various departments.
