Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team with day-to-day warehouse operations
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on processes
• Manage warehouse inventory and control losses, damages, or thefts
• Communicate merchandise arrival to the store team to ensure efficient stock turnaround
• Process receiving reports to ensure all POs and transfers are accurate

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
• Ability to make decisions regarding shipping and receiving in line with company guidelines
• Physical ability to handle mobility tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
