Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory and stock control
• Supervise receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities
• Train, motivate, coach, and discipline warehouse crew
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with equipment maintenance and repairs
• Ensure accurate reporting of data to generate KPIs
• Maintain compliance with OH&S acts and regulations
• Ensure storage areas and warehouse are kept clean and tidy

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in food processing, manufacturing, or service industry
• Experience with inventory management and control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail regarding food safety and quality
