Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Warehouse Specialists on assigned jobs
• Set working hours for warehouse staff with oversight from the Warehouse Manager
• Organize client lots regarding warehouse layout, racking, and storage efficiency
• Manage job timelines, deadlines, and production task goals
• Communicate workload changes to relevant stakeholders
• Handle department time tracking, file organization, and training
• Organize and track all production items using inventory systems
• Collaborate on completion dates for packaging and shipment

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of industry-related experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without assistance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or other Project Management software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience or knowledge of the exhibit industry
• Experience in warehouse setup, staffing, and management
