Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and advise/train employees on the care and preservation of items
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Perform inventory counts and make authorized adjustments as needed
• Monitor compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, including high reach vehicles
• Scan freight via warehouse management systems using RF equipment
• Delegate housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Complete all required paperwork thoroughly and promptly

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, sit, reach, stoop, and kneel for long periods
• Forklift certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
