Warehouse Lead - Audio Department

Responsibilities

• Configure, inspect, and test audio systems including consoles, drive racks, amplifiers, speakers, and wireless systems
• Support amplifier programming, DSP configuration, and drive rack setup for system tuning preparation
• Validate audio show packages for completeness, accuracy, and technical suitability based on project requirements
• Maintain organization and readiness standards for all audio inventory within the warehouse
• Identify and communicate missing, damaged, or incorrectly configured equipment to management
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to warehouse technicians during equipment pulling and staging
• Promote safe equipment handling and consistent warehouse practices

Requirements

• Strong understanding of audio signal flow, gain structure, routing, and patching
• Experience with drive racks, amplifiers, DSP, loudspeaker systems, and audio consoles
• Experience with wireless microphone systems
• Proven troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain department-specific equipment standards
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional audio, live event production, or AV production experience
• Familiarity with audio networking protocols, specifically Dante
• Experience working in a fast-paced live event production environment
