Warehouse Keeper

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and finished products, performing full checks for quantity, batch, labeling, and packaging condition.
• Organize and track all movements of stock to and from work centers for dispatch or internal transfers.
• Coordinate the storage of received goods by item and batch.
• Prepare accurate and timely warehouse documentation, including invoices for received materials, for the Finance department.
• Ensure the correct storage of all inventory and report any deviations in storage conditions that could impact quality.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and enter all necessary data into electronic management systems.
• Prepare regular reports regarding rejected raw materials and products.

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a two-shift rotation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience working with SAP.
