Warehouse Jr

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and validate quantities, codes, and physical conditions of products
• Perform organizing, labeling, and storage of goods in assigned locations
• Execute picking processes according to work orders and operating procedures
• Perform packing activities to ensure correct order preparation for shipment
• Support the loading and unloading of merchandise following safety standards
• Participate in cyclic and physical inventories to ensure accuracy
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in all work areas
• Report inventory discrepancies, product damage, or operational anomalies
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety KPIs

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (indispensable)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution centers
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and logistics processes
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or partially completed studies
• Experience using barcode scanners or RF devices
