Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory workflows including cycle counts, bin accuracy, and replenishment
• Ensure inventory accuracy across NetSuite, RF Smart, and Hot Wax systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing products and system mismatches
• Analyze key metrics such as accuracy rates and adjustment trends to drive process improvements
• Manage and develop Inventory Leads and Associates through coaching and performance reviews
• Partner with Fulfillment, Receiving, and QC teams to ensure workflow alignment
• Manage timecards, PTO, and attendance records using ADP Workforce

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, or distribution experience
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
• Experience with warehouse management systems (NetSuite or RF Smart preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, peak seasons, and various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with labor planning or staffing allocation
